Welcome to Haraka Delivery. By joining the waitlist or using the Haraka service you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

Haraka is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers in Zanzibar with local merchants and independent couriers to deliver groceries, food, pharmacy items and everyday essentials.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves early access. It does not create an obligation for Haraka to provide the service at any particular time. We may contact you with launch and product updates using the details you provide.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to order prohibited items.
• Treat couriers, merchants and support staff with respect.

Pricing and payment

Prices, delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout when the service launches. Applicable taxes may apply.

Liability

Haraka is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haraka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
